As a Next Smile Australia All-on-4® patient of Dubbo Dental, you will only need to attend the Next Smile Sydney All-on-4® Super Clinic on the day of your surgery. Your trusted Accredited Partner dentist, Dr Ryan Heggie, and Next Smile Australia Sydney dental surgeon, Dr Larry Benge, work together to evaluate your individual situation and determine which treatment solution is best suited for you.
This partnership ensures Dubbo patients benefit from all the surgical experience and expertise of Next Smile Australia Sydney surgeon Dr Larry Benge, with the convenience of having nearly all your appointments (apart from the day of your surgery) in Dubbo.
Your All-on-4® Dental Implant treatment journey
The results of your consultation are assessed by Dr Heggie and Next Smile Australia Sydney All-on-4® Super Clinic Surgeon Dr Larry Benge, and a personal diagnosis is delivered about your suitability for All-on-4® Dental Implants. A tailor-made treatment plan that perfectly meets your needs and preferences is prepared for you.
Next Smile Australia Labs will now start the process of crafting your new provisional teeth based on your scans and impressions so that they will be ready for fitting within 24 hours of your surgery but often on the same day of surgery.
The day of your surgery will take place at the Next Smile Australia Sydney All-on-4® Super Clinic and will be performed by Dr Larry Benge. It will be a day you will remember as both a powerful and pivotal moment in your life.
Using four of the clinically proven All-on-4® Speedy Groovy Dental Implants designed by Nobel Biocare, Dr Benge will surgically insert these into your jaw, providing a foundation for your new smile.
Upon waking your implants will have been placed and your provisional teeth inserted within 24 hours, but often as little as 4 hours after waking. So you can walk out a changed person, ready to eat, live, laugh and smile.
Whilst you are enjoying living life with your new provisional teeth, Next Smile Australia Labs are manufacturing and refining your new final teeth to your exact preferences.

Better Patient Outcomes
Dr Ryan Heggie is no stranger to Western NSW, having served the area for more than 20 years in Cobar, Nyngan and more recently Dubbo, after originally hailing from South Australia.
Since obtaining his Dental Qualification in Adelaide in 2001, he has acquired a broad range of skills and experience in general and implant Dentistry. As a Dentist, Ryan considers himself to be gentle, genuine, pragmatic and committed to providing high quality outcomes - first time, every time.
Ryan has a particular interest in implants and holds a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) obtained through Sydney University, but also has extensive experience with orthodontics, wisdom teeth removal, dentures, and all other aspects of dentistry. He enjoys attending CPD courses around the country to keep in touch with recent developments.
In his spare time, Ryan is a flight instructor at Dubbo Airport, and spends time with his family of 3 children on a small acre-age.
